Create a new sheet by clicking "Create New Sheet" button

Name the sheet with a unique name and click create. Note: you can use dates in the front of the name to make it easier to be unique and also to find a sheet back in history.

Make your selections of items you want to send into Amazon FBA. (note above is for illustration example only :) )

When you have completed all selection and are ready to send a shipment to Amazon click on "Finalize Sheet" upper right of the screen. Click on Finalize in the pop up menu. After Finalization you will be able to adjust amount but will not be able to add any new SKUs to the sheet.

Your Finalized sheet will be placed in FBA Restock History que. You will be take to this page automatically but can access at anytime under History \ FBA Restock History tab. Click on Inventory Lab icon of the sheet you want to send to Inventory Lab. A download cvs file will appear on your computer.
DO NOT OPEN IT IN EXCEL - if you do, you will need to reformat your purchase Date to a mm/dd/yyyy format before saving again (Excel will save in the default mode which could cause an error that shows up at the very end of the Inventory Lab import)
Open Inventory Lab

Select "List" from top menu.

Select "New Batch"

A pop up will appear click on select file and upload file from your computer. Click on "Select File" and choose the CVS you created in Active Inventory to import. Then select the options which match how you process your shipments through Inventory Lab. Go to bottom of pop up and click on "Create" to import the file into Inventory Lab

You will see a screen like this (don't worry about issues). Click on "Bulk Replenishment Options" and then click on "Replenish All" if you want to use the same SKUs and just put more inventory into Amazon FBA (recommended). If you want to change your SKUs you can choose one of the other options.

Inventory lab then will take you SKU by SKU and add inventory by clicking on the "Replenish" button. At this pint you would have brought in all the suggestions from Active Inventory and will process batch as you typically do in Inventory lab.
